IMPORTANT CONDITIONS • The primary Elite or Prestige membership must remain active. • Family Access automatically ends if the primary membership is cancelled, suspended or expires. • Nominees must be registered by name and cannot be shared or transferred. • Nominations may only be changed once every six months unless approved by Black Pass. • Family Access is available only on eligible memberships. • Promotional, complimentary, trial or excluded discounted memberships may not qualify. • Tattoo services remain subject to FSC booking requirements, artist availability and studio eligibility policies. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED Family Access users do not receive separate: • Giveaway entries • Fitness rebates • Birthday tattoo rewards • Annual loyalty rewards • Black Pass-funded cashback • Referral commissions • Membership-duration rewards • Any other benefit that creates a direct cost to Black Pass These rewards remain exclusive to the primary paying member.
